By accessing or using fotos.cards ("the Service"), provided by Forgesaas Software Labs Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

• –Templates for building shareable digital invites (weddings, birthdays, baptisms, and more).
• –Guest-facing invite pages with RSVP collection.
• –Payment processing for paid templates via Razorpay.
• –Hosting of your invite at a shareable link.

• –Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.
• –Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• –Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• –Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access at founders@usefotos.com.

• –Use fotos.cards only for lawful purposes.
• –Do not upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or explicitly inappropriate content to your invite.
• –Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
• –Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our templates, code, or data.
• –Do not resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

• –By purchasing a paid template or feature, you authorise us to charge your payment method via Razorpay.
• –Prices are shown before purchase and charged once per invite unless stated otherwise.
• –Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change pricing after providing advance notice, as infrastructure and payment-processing costs may fluctuate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

The Service, its templates, and underlying code are owned by Forgesaas Software Labs Private Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the event content, photos, and text you add to your invite. By uploading content, you grant fotos.cards a limited licence to store and display it solely to operate your invite.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. fotos.cards does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forgesaas Software Labs Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account or invite immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the platform, or third parties.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
